Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy ("Policy") only applies to the products sold by our company ("Seller"). We offer two years warranty for all our products against any defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

  1. What does the Warranty cover?

Our Warranty covers all defects in workmanship and materials that occur during normal use of the products. The Warranty does not cover damages from misuse, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.

  1. How to Repair or Replace the Product under Warranty

To make use of the Warranty, the customer should contact the Seller within the Warranty period and provide proof of purchase. If we determine that there is a defect covered under this Warranty, we will repair or exchange the product.

If repairing is not feasible, we will exchange the product with one that is identical or of equivalent value.

The customer must provide the defective product to Seller or to the designated service station. The customer will be responsible for the cost of transportation of the product to and from the designated service station.

If the defect is not covered under the Warranty, the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred for repair or replacement.

  1. Exclusions and Limitations on the Warranty

Our Warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, negligence, or any damages that were not caused by defects in materials or workmanship.

This Policy does not cover:

a. Any returned product that is abused, modified, misused, or neglected;

b. Normal wear and tear of the products;

c. Any products that have been used beyond the intended and reasonable use of the products;

d. Any products that were purchased from unauthorized third party sellers or other non-authorized channels;

e. Any products that were not properly maintained in accordance with the instructions, warnings, or cautions accompanying the product.

The Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product or parts, as specified in this Warranty Policy. We will not be liable for any other incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, or any other such damages arising out of the use of the product.

  1. Additional Provisions

This Warranty Policy is the total and exclusive warranty provided to the customer by the Seller. No other warranty or agreement, express or implied, is made by the Seller.

The customer's receipt or purchase of the products is deemed an acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in this Policy. This Policy may not be altered, amended, or modified except in writing, signed by an authorized representative of the Seller.
